Service requests
When you submit the form, Martinez Auto Care receives the name, contact details, vehicle information and message you provide. We use these details to respond to your request and manage follow-up. Requests are stored privately on our SiteGround hosting and emailed through SMTP2GO to the shop’s designated recipient. During setup and testing, requests are routed to Andrew Mayott at Mayott Media.
Site activity
If you allow analytics, we collect the pages viewed, approximate city, region and country, referral source, device category and interactions with call and directions links. Location is inferred locally from your connection’s IP address and may be inaccurate. Visitor records do not retain the raw IP address. A random browser identifier helps count visitors. Detailed site activity is retained for up to 90 days.
With your permission, Google Analytics also receives website activity. We do not send form names, phone numbers, email addresses or messages to Google Analytics. Google processes technical information to provide its analytics service.
Your choice
You can use the website and submit a service request without optional analytics. Your preference is saved in this browser. The website honors browser signals requesting not to be tracked. Essential session cookies support sign-in, form security and fraud prevention.
Private shop access
Authorized shop users can view service requests and aggregate website activity. Sign-in credentials are stored as password hashes. The private dashboard is not tracked with Google Analytics.
Questions or deletion requests
Contact Martinez Auto Care at (386) 631-0018 to ask about your information or request removal of a service inquiry. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive documents in the service request form.
External services
